Below is our detailed shipping policy for orders placed across India.

Order Processing Time

  1. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  2. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
  3. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  1. Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  2. Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 business days
  3. Remote Areas: 6–9 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, courier availability, or unexpected logistical issues.

Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
  2. We often run free-shipping offers — keep an eye out!

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

You can use this link to check your delivery status anytime.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

If that happens, we will contact you for reshipment.

Damaged / Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  1. Take photos or a short video of the package
  2. Contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
